  • Children’s Height below 90 cm. is Free of charge.
  • Height above 122 cm. charge as adult rate.
  • Food and drink from outside are not allowed to bring inside the water park
  • Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Should the customer miss the trip due to their late arrival to the pick-up point or not on time for registration, we will not be held liable on such cases.

Solo Traveller

Amazing waterpark. We went mid week and queued no longer than 10 mins max for all the slides. Because of this we were done quite early but would much rather that then queuing for hours in the heat!

Money needs to be preloaded onto your wrist band. 500 baht minimum. Anything not used is to be refunded but you need to go to the desk at the front to do so.

My only minor point was the wave pool – my partner and I have been to many and never experienced one so intense. Not necessarily a negative but one to bear in mind with young children etc as it’s very powerful!

The staff were all really friendly and super clean – would highly recommend for all ages
